Specialist Cadre Officer Salary

The compensation for this contract‑based engagement in the Wealth Management domain is highly competitive. Depending on the role:

  • The highest position is up to ₹1.35 Crore CTC per annum.
  • Other roles feature packages such as ~₹97 Lakhs, ~₹66.40 Lakhs, ~₹51.80 Lakhs, ~₹44.50 Lakhs, ~₹27.10 Lakhs and ~₹20.60 Lakhs.

    • Investment Specialist: ~6 years in investment advisory/wealth management firms.
    • Investment Officer: ~4 years in relevant advisory role.
    • Project Development Manager (Business): ~5 years in wealth banking/broking/business process.
    • Central Research Team (Support): ~3 years in financial research/MIS role.
  • Other criteria:
    • Must be an Indian citizen.
    • Upload scanned photograph, signature, ID proof, educational/experience certificates.
    • Reservation norms (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD) apply. OBC (Non‑Creamy Layer) certificate must be as per govt format.
